Yes, absolutely. We will send a digital proof for your approval before printing any new labels or changes. Your sign-off is required — we never print without confirmation from you.
We have the capability to run many jobs with no plate or tooling charges. However, we do offer larger-run printing that requires a one-time plate and tooling charge. Each color requires a separate plate; tooling cuts the die shapes. We keep many dies on hand, but occasionally we may need to order a custom die for your specific label shape.

Turnaround time is based on several factors, including the complexity of the job, material availability, and tooling. Generally, our standard lead time is 7 to 10 business days. Some jobs may require special materials or tooling to be ordered, which can extend the timeline. We do our best to ship your product as quickly as possible — and will communicate any delays proactively.
Yes, this is normal within our industry. The industry standard tolerance is +/– 10%, which is the acceptable range for order variance. This can result in slightly more or fewer labels than your exact order quantity. If you require exact quantities, please advise us at the time you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
